How long will it take to have a refund?

Refunds are processed within up to 30 days from the moment your return arrives at the warehouse in case of a return. 

As soon as the items are received and checked, a confirmation email is sent with all the refund details. The refund is issued back to the original payment card.

In case of an order cancellation, the refund is immediate and could take up to 7 days to be visible in your bank account, depending on the entity.
