How can I return my order?

If you are not satisfied with your fashion purchase for any reason, you may return it within 14 days of receipt. For your beauty purchases, you may return them within 30 days of receipt. 

To begin a return, please follow these steps:

•  Print the return label you'll receive by email 
• Add the items you would like to return inside the box, and stick the label on the outside 
• Drop the parcel off at your nearest drop-off point:

  Please note that all items must be returned unopened and in perfect condition; in case of fashion items, all tags must be attached to them. We are unable to accept items that are returned damaged, worn, soiled, or incomplete.
