HOW TO RETURN AN ORDER - SPAIN

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 14 days of receipt.

To begin a return, please follow these steps:

Go to our Returns Portal at this link: https://www.carolinaherrera.com/es/es/return-tracking
Print the return label you'll receive by email
Add the items you would like to return inside the box, and stick the label on the outside
Drop the parcel off at your nearest drop-off point
Check UPS drop-off points at this link: https://www.ups.com/dropoff/?loc=es_ES
Please note that all items must be returned new, unworn, and in perfect condition, with all tags attached to them. We are unable to accept items that are returned damaged, worn, soiled, or incomplete.
Returns are free of charge for Frangrance and Make up orders.
