Our fragrance and makeup order return service allows to return any purchased product within 7 calendar days from the date the order is collected. The service is completely free.
The returned product must be in its original packaging, in perfect condition, showing no signs of use, and accompanied by its original invoice.
Once we receive the product at our warehouse, we will process the corresponding refund using the same payment method used for the purchase. This may take up to 14 days.
