Can I cancel or amend an order after it is placed?

All orders on our website are processed rather quickly. Therefore, once an order has been placed, we unfortunately cannot cancel it or make any modifications. If you have decided that you no longer require your order, we kindly advise you to return it to us free of charge by using our return service.
Once your order is returned to our warehouse, a full refund will be processed and credited to the original payment method.
